About The Event
Join us for a deeply restorative Kintsugi Soundscape Workshop this July—a creative, meditative, and sound-led journey where we open to the essence of interconnectedness.
Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi—repairing broken pottery with gold—this 3 hour immersive experience invites us to see what we perceive as human flaws and scars not as something to hide, but as openings—opportunities for healing, growth, and transformation.
Led by Simon, a qualified sound therapist, musician and visual artist and Jade, a holistic health scientist and poet, this intimate workshop offers a space to reconnect with yourself and others in a safe, meaningful, and sacred setting.
Together, we will:
Immerse in a guided body scan and visualisation meditation
Explore into inner and outer landscapes through an immersive sound-bath experience
