Our offerings are Yoga (Vinyasa Flow,
Yin and Yoga Nidra), drum circle classes, Sound/Gong baths and conscious dance events. Some are meditative practices designed to still the mind whilst cultivating a sense of relaxation; others are more active and dynamic, enabling oneself to release stress, cultivate inner peace through movement, develop focus and increase
flexibility in mind and body.
The common denominator amongst the different practices is that they are all centred on bringing awareness to the breath and the present moment.
These practices can help reduce stress levels, improve energetic flow, concentration and overall sense of wellbeing.
